walter was kind enough to bring me some old memories when we met up a few days ago here in kansas city. he's now in washington, dc, living there after i had been there from 95-99. but he, like me, is originally from here in kansas city and where we met and clubbed and partied and enjoyed kansas city gay life for a time in the early 90's, back in the day. anyhow, he happened to bring with him some photos of me at a gay black pride event in dc just before i moved away in 99 and my mother was kind enough to scan them into the computer for me. what a different look i had then...
